Detroit City collapses; what will happen to Masonic Hall

So Detroit has filed for bankruptcy. I wonder what that will mean for its superb Masonic Hall? It is one of the best in the world, but it exists in an area that looks like a cross between Threads and The Equalizer LOL!

Not owned by the city so don't see what difference it makes
