Creamy Leek & potato soup with warm bread rolls

Roast Rump of lamb with baby carrots, french beans and chateau potatoes
Mint sauce and red wine jus

Grilled salmon fillet with crushed new potatoes, spinach, chantenay carrots, beans and Dil cream sauce
-Or-
Ricotta and Spinach tortellini with sun dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and pesto cream sauce

Coffee and Chocolate Opera cake with coffee sauce

*******
Tea, Coffee and after Dinner mints


The Welsh theme is purely coincidental........

The thread is about getting those who want, and are able, to attend should they so desire

Many of whom I have known for over ten years but only met in person a couple of times

If they wish to add their best wishes I'm not going to deny them that opportunity - it's most generous of them!

I'm fortunate that our dining sec is considerate enough to publish the menu's in advance - helps him and helps members and guests too

Of graver concern is the fact that someone has scheduled a rugby match for 8pm that evening between some team in white and the mighty Wales, have had one of my school friends decline as he doesn't want to be in Enlgand during the game!

What are the timings bod?

Will need to book my train

Usually all done by 9.45pm

I have emailed thsoe who have said they were hoping to attend - this was based on the email registered with the forum
