Special dispensation?

Postby Higack » Mon Apr 07, 2014 3:46 pm

I'm 18 years old and I know you have to be 21 to join but, I heard you can get special dispensation to join under 21. I was just wondering how hard it is to acquire it? Any information would be useful thanks.
