As I write this you should about half way through the ceremony......once the questions are out of the way, the nerves disappear....I hope it goes very well Paul

Thanks Alan jus got back in questions went v well word perfect was really enjoyable the deacons and warden were not looking forward to tonight as I'm 6ft 5 and 16 stone for obvious reasons . Was very informal and relaxed as no visitors present . However some 1 forgot to put 50 p in the electric meter so was a bit dim ! Really glad I did it looking forward to learning more about what was said /done tonight now .

Congratulations!!!

I find the 'raising' rather incredible, when I did my 3rd, and being a large person, the wardens didn't have any trouble and they both walked away with any back problems ;)

Really hope you enjoy your masonry, as a dear friend once said to me before I joined, it's like being in a room full of friends that you don't yet know and this, I have to agree, is so true. I've been a member for about 5 years and I totally miss meeting up and the meetings during our summer break

Now that you should be in reciept of the little blue book, take some time everyday to read through the ceremonies and understand the teachings and things will start to become much clearer and I hope you'll start to enjoy mansonry even more
