I wouldn't necessarily say so. The separate letter from Supreme Council which references the UGLE and MMH letters says the exit may still be some time away. Depends on your definition of 'some time'.

I think Sept/Oct time with small lodges that can Social distance. Festive boards may be different if cant wear masks. Prov lodges maybe later. Of course the confidence of Brethren will also decide outcomes.

I imagine that we'll go back to the guidelines issued before the shutdown, with "vulnerable" brethren advised to stay away. This will significantly cut numbers, and some units won't be able to meet at all.

Personally, I doubt we'll resume in any meaningful format until March-time next year. I've been reliably informed that we can expect social distancing to be in place for pretty much the rest of the year.

We only have 9 member in OSM and 13 in AMD so not a problem social distancing.
There will be a problem though in Craft if there is an Initiate, cant stand 2m from him! (4)

So... now we know...

The suspension will be lifted on 17th July.

But will it be Freemasonry as we know it?

No 3rds, and 1sts have been cut so as to make them meaningless.
You might as well do it by phone and say "ok, imagine I am holding this and you can see this".

RA is just as bad...no exaltations, no robes, surplis, scepters, banners, etc.

The real problem comes when with smaller units that do not have enough members attending as the previous rules apply - meetings cannot be cancelled, only abandoned. In two of my units I am the only member not shielding.

Also it is only Craft, Royal Arch and those units who are administered by MMH then resume on 17th July. Supreme Council have not lifted the suspension, neither have SRIA, nor I believe Athelstan. I haven't heard from KTP.

I've just receive a circular from my District Grand Superintendent but it says nothing concrete except that he's waiting for instructions.

Nothing to do with me anymore, but I'm sure the Grand Recorder of KTP has issued a letter in similar terms to UGLE/MMH.
