You will find a huge amount on this subject in the AQC volumes of papers of the Quatuor Coronati lodge No. 2076. Index CDs should be available from the office, so contact the Q. C. Correspondence Circle through their web site. Then you will see which volumes to look at.

There may be others from other jurisdictions but I could not guess where.

Here is a talk from a Brother in my jurisdiction who helped form Canada Lodge. They started in Afghanistan and I think the hope is that it follows the Canadian Troops into future conflicts to serve the Masons present. This lodge was hugely successful on many levels, but especially interesting on the psychologic relief that it played for those in arms way.
