There is an interesting article in the current issue of The Square on the pros and cons of the FB at meetings in today's circumstances. From the article it seems that the peripatetic Bro. Yasha Beresiner is keen that they continue as in the past.

As I've posted on a separate topic, we don't really have "festive boards" here in Mississippi. We will have the infamous "potluck" dinner, though. Oh, and no alcoholic beverages on Lodge premises. At most Mississippi Lodges, we'll have a dinner before a Master's degree and we'll also have a potluck before the bi-weekly district school of instruction. Other than that, we only have dinners on special occasions including Widows and Ministers night, Awards night (where we award a scholarship to a local student) and any GL visit. On the other side of the coin, several of us younger members sometimes meet at someone's house (mine usually...because I've got a kickin' grill) where we'll grill up a variety of meats, knock back a couple of cold beers and work on proficiencies or lectures while the wives are busy chattering away in the kitchen and the kids are playing in the bedrooms or living room. Completely informal and of course, not a proper meeting. Just a good time with good friends and good food and drink.
