Downtime of server

Postby admin » Fri Nov 03, 2017 2:57 pm

Sorry the service was down for a couple of days.

I could not figure out why. Sent a few emails and got no reply.

The Service provider is a bit full of itself in my opinion and they turned off the service cos a bill was unpaid.

I pointed out last night after a number of emails that failed to get a response that the invoice to which they reffered was not due to be paid untill 29th Nov. 2017. The amount is around £ 9.

They said sorry

But they are the best service for big programes like this one , so I kinda put up with the trigger finger. We have been on several servers in the past and had constant problems with overloads.
